You are nearly there!! Now it gets exciting. Your agent will now be contacting the Notaria to arrange the Signing of the Deeds (Escritura Publica de Compraventa) and therefore completing the sale. This meeting can be as soon as 2 weeks after signing the Private Contract but it is usually around 4 weeks.
